When you use the Submit Your Story form, the Rainbow Can(n)on submission form, or vote in the Always Swallow poll, we collect whatever you choose to enter, such as your name, a title, a description, written content, a quote, and any images you upload. Like most websites, Rainbow Diaries is hosted on Wix, which may automatically collect basic technical information from visitors such as browser type, device type, approximate location, pages visited, and cookie data. This site does not use Google Analytics or third-party tracking pixels; only Wix's own built-in site tools are in use. Information submitted through our forms is used to review submissions, decide what may be published, respond to messages, moderate content, and understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it. Submitting your story, artwork, or a Can(n)on entry does not mean it will automatically be published; our team reviews and selects what is added to the site.

Rainbow Diaries is built and hosted on Wix, and Wix (along with the polling app we use) may process visitor and submission data on our behalf to keep the site running. Rainbow Diaries is not intended for, and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13.
